CONSULAR FEE

Dear applicants, please familiarize with the size of the visa fee for a Schengen visa.

Short-term visa (category C)

Short-term visa (category C) — for children from the age of 6 and below the age of 12 (except citizens of the Republic of Belarus)

Short-term visa (category C) — for citizens of countries with which the EU has concluded an agreement on visa facilitation including citizens of the Republic of Belarus

Applicants of the following categories are exempted from paying the visa fee:

  1. Children under 6 years;
  2. Children under 12 years – citizens of the Republic of Belarus;
  3. School pupils, students, postgraduate students and accompanying teachers, who undertake stays for the purpose of study or educational training;
  4. Researchers, as defined by Directive of the European Parliament and of the European Council No 2016/801, travelling for the purpose of carrying out scientific research or participating in a scientific seminar or conference;
  5. Representatives of non-profit organizations aged 25 years or less participating in seminars, conferences, sports, cultural and educational events organized by non-profit organizations.

Attention!

Consular Department makes decisions on the exemption from payment of the visa fee along with other preferential conditions only when submitting an application.

Besides visa fee for consideration of documents for obtaining a Schengen visa is paid a service fee.

The tariff is 25 euros, including VAT, for 1 passport, at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus on the day of payment.

Children up to 5 years (inclusive) are exempt from payment of the service fee.

The fees are paid in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the day of payment.
